This project consisted of general improvements to an existing listed Vistorian bar
key issues
- Normal opening hours were maintained at all times, requiring night-time and holiday working shifts
- Investigative works to basement required to establish structural condition
- Replacement of a structural ground floor column, requiring on-site welding
- Repair works to internal finishes including to ceiling and bar counter
- Co-ordination with maintenance engineer to ensure existing services were maintained at all times to allow the business too operate normally during the works
