Stripping out of an existing ground floor restaurant and first floor apartment
Construction of new ground floor extension and first floor external terrace area
Full turn-key fit-out, including installation of new commercial kitchen, to a fixed deadline
Bespoke joinery and furnishings throughout
Significant upgrading of fire-protection to the premises, including new fire stopping, fire doors, alarm and fire suppression system
Installation of significant Mechanical and Electrical package
