Summary
The project consisted of the complete fit-out of an existing retail unit in Dublin city centre.
An extremely tight programme required that the works be completed within a three-week timeframe.
KEY ISSUES
The site required detailed pedestrian and traffic management plans to ensure safety
Complete strip out of all existing internal finishes
Total internal fit-out of Ground Floor retail unit, including new suspended herringbone hardwood timber flooring, clothing display areas, changing rooms and staff areas
Installation of significant new mechanical and electrical packages, including CCTV and feature lighting
Upgrading works to existing shopfront, including the installation of new stone plinth and associated landscaping to front.
