Principal Construction are currently carrying out refurbishments and an extension to a large, early-twentieth century post-war semi-d with some wonderful Arts & Crafts-style features.

The new extension to the rear has been carefully designed to create a dramatic layout that avails of Southerly and Westerly orientations
