Lime and cork morter mix used internally to avoid cold-bridging
Complete new Mechanical and Electrical package, including underfloor heating, solar panels and Aerco ventilation system
Extension to rear including polished concrete floor, Raynears aluminum sliding door system, glass-to-glass corner, zinc standing-seam cladding and feature rooflight with structural glass fins
New period style covings and bespoke joinery throughout
